Investment Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

- Build financial models and perform analysis (company valuation, M&A analysis, etc.).

- Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations.

- Conduct market research and data analysis to support project execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess various risks (market, credit, operational, etc.), and conduct quantitative analysis.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Develop sales plans and lead the team to achieve annual targets

Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law or higher, with a legal professional qualification certificate.

- At least 3 years of experience in legal affairs within the financial industry, experience in securities, banking, insurance, etc., is preferred.

- Familiar with Chinese financial laws and regulations, compliance management systems, and relevant policies.

- Strong abilities in contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment.

Requirements
