CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Jackpot Fund”, “our”, “we”, “Company”),
with its registered office at 12, Iswar Dutta Lane 711101 Howrah West
Bengal. Through the company, designated banks or financial
institutions in collaboration with the Jackpot Fund will offer you
their respective services ("Services").
Jackpot Fund, managed by JACKPOT FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED
and headquartered in Mumbai, has joined forces with Vaishali
Securities Limited to deliver streamlined and compliant lending
products alongside a range of financial services. This strategic
partnership is dedicated to offering users reliable, transparent, and
user-friendly credit solutions tailored to meet diverse financial
needs effectively. By leveraging the expertise and resources of both
organizations, the collaboration ensures that clients receive
high-quality service and innovative financial products designed to
enhance their borrowing experience.
To provide you with services through the Jackpot Fund application, we
(the company) and our lending partners need to collect various data
and information from you with your prior express consent. The manner
in which we (the company) and our lending partners collect, retain,
share, store, and process this data and information is described in
this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). By setting up an account on this
application, you agree to the processing, storage, use, and sharing of
the data you provide in accordance with this Policy.

1.What Data is Collected?

collected and how it is collected.
By using the application, you consent to provide data to us and our
lending partners in the following ways with prior express consent. We
collect the data you provide to ensure that we can deliver services to
you in the best possible way. Our lending partners use this data to
underwrite (i.e., assess the risk they are taking) any potential loan
offered to you and determine the rate for such loans. The data
requested from you helps us and our lending partners provide services
in a robust and user-friendly manner. We detail how we, our lending
partners, and our joint lending partners collect data as follows:

of our services
1.2 Collected Data

Jackpot Fund Account Data: We and our lending partners collect the
data you provide when creating or updating a Jackpot Fund account.
This includes your name, phone number, email ID, PAN, date of birth,
postal code, nature of work, official work email address, employer
name, monthly income, and marital status. We or our lending partners
may request additional information later to verify the authenticity
of your information or based on any additional features added to the
application.

Financial and KYC Information: When you accept the tentative terms
of a loan, we and our lending partners collect the data you provide
to us. This includes your photograph, Aadhaar number, PAN, bank
account number, IFSC, and proof of address (which can be your
electricity bill, lease/rental agreement, gas bill, passport, or
driving license, or any other document recorded by our application).

Additional Requested Data: You may need to provide additional
information to the lending partners to process your loan
application. Such additional information may include (but is not
limited to) bank statements, Goods and Services Tax returns, salary,
and/or income statements. This data should be provided to the
lending partners through us.

Feedback Data and Other Data: Includes the following: If you call
our call center, we may record the information you provide to serve
you or record calls for quality and training purposes. If you
provide any feedback or comments to us about the application or as
part of our research program to improve the application.

User Personal Information: Our application collects user account
data, including email addresses and names, for logging into the
application. This information is part of the registration process to
access our services and is also used to auto-fill relevant fields
during our application interface processes. Our application also
collects phone numbers for verification to check the active SIM
status on the device, uniquely identify you, and prevent fraud and
unauthorized access.
AppList
In order to provide more accurate credit assessments and
personalized services, we need to access information about the
applications on your device. This will help us gain a comprehensive
understanding of your spending habits, financial situation, and
credit risk, enabling us to tailor credit products that best suit
your needs. In order to ensure accurate credit assessment and
considerate service, we need to obtain your application list
information and fully understand your consumption habits, financial
status and credit risks to customize the most suitable credit
products. Only the application name and type are accessed and all
data transmission is encrypted to ensure privacy and security.
Camera
In the JackpotFund app, we might request your assistance to
kickstart the onboarding process by guiding you through completing
the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This could involve providing
necessary documents to verify your personal information, taking
photos to create profiles, or uploading required documents for loan
applications. Any camera data captured will be securely uploaded to
our app server, https://api.jackpotfinancials.com, and will
be treated with utmost confidentiality. Rest assured, your data will
not be used for any other purposes. You have the flexibility to
revoke or re-authorize camera permissions at your convenience.

Device Information
Our application gathers and monitors a range of phone-related
information, including hardware specifications, operating system
details, serial numbers, user profiles, and mobile network data.
This enables us to uniquely identify each device and safeguard

Location
To ensure smooth processing of your application and to make sure our
services are accessible in your vicinity, we use location tracking.
Rest assured, we only access your location when you're actively
using the app, not when it's running in the background. Your privacy
and security are of utmost importance to us.
1.3 Data Collected from Your Use of Our Services: Usage Data: We
collect data about how you interact with our services. This includes
data such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app
crashes, and other system activities.

Transaction Information: We, our lending partners, and joint lending
partners collect transaction information related to the use of our
services, including the type of service requested, date and time the
service was provided, available loans, interest payable, chosen EMI,
and payment methods.

Device Data: We collect data from the devices used to access our
services, including hardware models, device IP addresses, operating
systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device
identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion
data, and mobile network data.
2.How and Why is the Collected Data Used?

collected from you to ensure the services are as current as possible
and delivered to you optimally.
2.1 Enable the Application and Its Services: We use the collected data
to customize, maintain, and improve our services.

This includes using the data to: create and update Jackpot Fund
accounts; analyze your loan eligibility and estimate your loan
terms; track loan disbursement and repayment; enable features that
allow you to add and delete bank accounts for loan repayment and
payment at any time; enable features that help you view loan history
and any other application features that may be added from time to
time; perform internal operations necessary to deliver our services,
including troubleshooting software bugs and operational issues;
conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and monitor and
analyze usage and activity trends.

For Loan Processing and KYC Authentication: Our lending partners use
this data to analyze your creditworthiness, loan eligibility, KYC
documents, current employment verification, and loan terms. While we
collect financial and KYC information, lending partners need to
separately process loan applications and verify received KYC
documents. Failure to process such data means no loans can be
offered to you. To this end, you hereby agree to voluntarily submit
KYC documents, including Aadhaar-related documents issued by the
Unique Identification Authority of India (“UIDAI”), in the manner
required by us and our lending partners. You hereby explicitly
consent to our use of the details you provide to obtain your KYC
(Know Your Customer) details from the central KYC records registry.

Enabling Joint Loan Products with Our Joint Loan Partners: Our
lending partners use this data to analyze your creditworthiness,
loan eligibility, KYC documents, current employment verification,
and loan terms. You hereby expressly consent to the loan partner's
use of the details you provide to obtain your KYC (Know Your
Customer) details from the central KYC records registry or to verify
KYC through authorized government portals.

To Provide Customer Support: We use this information to provide
customer support, including resolving doubts you encounter while
using the services and training our customer service executives.

For Research and Development: We may use collected data for
research, analysis, and product development to improve the UI/UX
experience, all of which ultimately enhance your experience with the
application. This also assists in developing automated actions
triggered in certain events, such as identifying if an uploaded
photo is clear, detecting fraudulent activity, incorrect IFSC, etc.

To Facilitate Communication Between You and Us: We may add features
that allow you to call us (via the app or otherwise), likewise, we
may need to contact you (through the app or any other channels you
grant us access to).

purposes. Even if your name appears in the "Do Not Call" or "Do Not

supported by the application to inform you about various financial
or investment products or any other aspects related to any loan you
have obtained. You acknowledge that (i) such communications will not
inconvenience you.

(Non-Banking Financial Companies) to offer loan products on the
application, and we may share your information with such lending
partners. The Jackpot Fund App is a digital lending application that
facilitates loan transactions between our customers and our lending
partners. Details of our lending partners are available on our
website.

Sharing with Law Enforcement When Necessary: If any government
body or law enforcement personnel request or require any
information, and we believe it is necessary or appropriate to
disclose it for compliance with laws, regulations, or legal
processes.
4. Retaining Your Personal Data
The company will retain data only for as long as necessary for the
purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use the
data to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (for
example, if we need to retain your data to comply with applicable
laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and

Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when
this data is used to strengthen security or improve our service

We will retain borrower identity and address records obtained at
account opening and during the course of the business relationship
until the termination of such business relationship, retaining them
for at least five years.

to us. We will ensure that your request is met, subject to any
information retention requirements prescribed by applicable law.

The security of your personal information is crucial to us. We strive
to protect your personal information from any unauthorized use. To
this end, Jackpot Fund has implemented measures such as internal
reviews of data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well
as security measures including appropriate encryption and physical
security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems
where your personal information is stored. Jackpot Fund has taken
measures as prescribed by law to protect your information. We have
implemented technical controls like firewalls, encryption, passwords,
WAF, SOC, antivirus, etc., along with management controls like access
management, log reviews, NDAs, etc., to better safeguard the

Jackpot Fund or its lending partners do not store card details (card
number, CVV, expiry date, etc.) on their servers.
Jackpot Fund may share information with other third parties under
strict confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements but is not
responsible for any security breaches by these third parties. Jackpot
Fund is also not liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a
result of providing information to third parties.
Moreover, all suspicious transactions and/or any other types of
transactions notified under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act,
2002, shall be reported to the relevant enforcement agencies to the
best of our knowledge.
6. Your Consent
By submitting your personal information, you consent to our use of
that information as detailed in this policy. You hereby expressly and
irrevocably authorize Jackpot Fund/its partners/affiliates to collect,
store, share, obtain, and verify any of your personal information/KYC
directly or through any authorized agency, and disclose such
information to our agents/contractors/service providers. Furthermore,
this information may be used in such manner as required by Jackpot
Fund/its partners/affiliates, including for granting credit facilities
and for their business purposes, and for a period deemed fit by us. In
this regard, you expressly and irrevocably authorize Jackpot Fund/its
partners/affiliates to collect, use, authenticate, and verify your
personal identification information/KYC in any manner they deem fit
