We respect your choices and place personal-data security first. To provide account registration, identity verification, loan-solution matching, application-status and customer-support functions, we process only information needed for a clear purpose and supported by an appropriate legal basis, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect your personal data and how you may exercise your rights. Please read it carefully before registration or use. The companies cooperate as separate parties and each assumes the data responsibilities assigned by applicable law according to its actual role in a specific processing activity. An actual lender or another independent third party remains responsible where it independently determines the purposes and means of processing.

2. Personal data we collect

Account and contact data: name, mobile number, OTP verification result and account settings.

3. About requests for system access permissions

Camera

Camera access is used to photograph identity documents and perform liveness detection to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent impersonation. All collected images are securely encrypted, used solely for identity verification, and never disclosed to third parties.

Device information

We collect your device model, operating system version, and GAID (Google Advertising ID) to verify device identity and prevent account theft. This data is used strictly for risk control to safeguard your account and transaction security.

Location

We verify whether you are within our Vietnam service area and evaluate account security strictly through network environments such as your IP address. The system does not access or track your real-time GPS location, strictly protecting your movement privacy.

Microphone

Microphone access supports voice input or assists with identity verification when actively triggered by you. This is an optional permission, and the system strictly performs no background recording without your action.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We may process data to create and secure accounts, verify identity, process and transmit applications, display loan solutions and agreements, show disbursement and repayment status, send service or security notices, prevent fraud and cyberattacks, provide support, handle complaints, comply with legal duties and maintain service reliability. Legal bases may include taking requested steps or performing a contract, consent, compliance with law and legitimate interests necessary to protect users and platform security. Sensitive personal data is processed only where legally permitted with required notice and consent, and is not used for unrelated targeted advertising.

5. Data sharing and storage in Vietnam

We do not use the sale of personal data as a business purpose. Where supported by an appropriate legal basis and necessary to provide the service, data may be provided to an actual lender selected by or clearly disclosed to you; identity-verification, fraud-prevention, banking, payment, cloud-hosting, security, support and professional-service providers; or a regulator or court legally entitled to request it. Each recipient is expected to process data according to its role, the stated purpose and applicable requirements, with appropriate safeguards.

Personal data related to this service is stored in service infrastructure located in Vietnam and processed in Vietnam for the purposes described in this Policy. We use access controls, transmission safeguards, permission management and security monitoring to limit unnecessary access, and require contracted service providers to process data within the agreed scope.

6. Retention and security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, complaint or dispute handling, fraud prevention, and applicable lending, accounting, tax, anti-money-laundering or other legal duties, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Records connected with an outstanding loan or unresolved dispute may be retained until the matter is resolved and the legal period expires.

We apply reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, audit logs, confidentiality management, security monitoring and incident response. Where a security incident must legally be reported, we will take remedial steps and notify the relevant parties as required. No electronic system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and you should protect your device, password and OTP.

7. Your rights and account deletion

Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, withdrawal of consent, erasure, restriction or objection, a copy of data, and complaint handling. Withdrawal or account deletion does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and does not automatically cancel an effective loan, repayment duty or legal retention obligation.

8. Minors, Policy changes and contact

The service is only for users aged 18 or older with the required legal capacity. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's data; if identified, processing will stop and the data will be deleted as required by law. We will give advance notice through the app or another appropriate channel of a material change affecting data categories, purposes, sharing or user rights and obtain renewed consent where required.
